“Liz has been so much more than just a pageant coach! She has helped me gain skills that will prepare me for life! Her bubbly personality and warm heart just add to her greatness. I love her and am so thankful I met her! I could not have done it without her!”

After winning Miss National All- American Preteen: “Liz, thank you so much for everything. When I was introduced to you 2 years ago, I never dreamed that I would have the title of National All American Miss Pre-Teen. Wow! A small town girl from Kennewick, Washington – now a national title holder! I still can’t believe it. I consider you one of my best friends. Thank you for always encouraging me and believing in me. All of your help with interview and my Personal Introduction were amazing. It made all of the difference in the world during pageant week. I was very confident in all phases of the competition. You have helped me accomplish things I thought would never be possible. Thanks again!”

“Miss Liz is so much fun to work with. She encourages me to push myself to do my best every pageant I attend. She has taught me so much about perfecting interview and introduction skills. “Liz has not only mentored me how to present the best version of myself in interview, but also in life. She instills a sense of confidence and supports the notion that truly being yourself is the only way to succeed in pageantry. She has worked with girls from all walks of pageantry and helps to make each individual shine with their platform purpose, personality, and confidence. Liz not only has a strong foundation of knowledge and experience to share, but the interpersonal connection she establishes with her clients is the true prize I’ve taken away through our sessions together. Thank you Liz for helping me shine in the interview room and as myself.”

“Liz, you are more than just a pageant coach, you are a motivator and inspirer. Thank you for always being my biggest fan and number one cheerleader throughout all of my endeavors.
Out of everything I have learned from you, I think the most important takeaway is that being myself is enough. Thank you for believing in me and giving me the courage to believe in myself. I will forever use the lessons you have taught me to be the best version of myself not only in pageantry but also throughout all facets of my life. Thank you again for everything, you are truly the best!”

“I have had the privilege of working with Liz since 2010. Since then, I have captured multiple state titles, and made it into not only top 15, top 10, but also the court at national pageants such as National American Miss, Miss Collegiate America, USA Ambassador, and my most recent endeavor, Miss American Coed.

Most people think you could only get so much help and information out of one person. It’s not like that with Liz. She continuously finds ways to help me grow in the pageant industry, especially in my interview. When you work with Liz, she doesn’t tell you what to say or how you feel about topics, she listens to what you have to say and helps you word it in a way that makes you stand out.

This past summer was my second time competing at the state level. I was determined to take home the title so I knew reaching out to Liz was my best bet. Liz helped me achieve my goal through various Skype sessions, wardrobe critique, mock interviews and pep talks during pageant weekend. Once I captured the title I sent Liz a picture and text saying we were heading to nationals.

With no time to waste, we were back on track with mock interviews, informing me about the Coed system, the ‘do’s and don’t’s’, wardrobe critique, a re-written introduction and more Skype sessions. I have never felt so prepared and relaxed at a pageant in my 10 years of competing.

Liz expressed the importance of setting smaller goals for myself since day one. Yes, my goal was to go into any pageant to win, but she taught me how to be happy with making a semi-finalist position as well.

Being the last name called for top 15 at Coed nationals had me in tears. Tears of pure joy – that was my goal. My first time ever on the national MAC stage, I would have been happy to place in the Top 15. I re-competed in introduction, this time onstage with no fear as Liz taught me how to put my emotions aside and say it with grace, poise, and excitement.
Little did I know, I would walk away with 3rd runner up in Fitness, Actress, and 1st runner up to the overall Queens title. I was ecstatic to say the least. I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it without all of Liz’s help.

Pageants aside, Liz has helped me grow as a person, she has helped mold me into who I am today and the positive outlook I have on different situations. She has seen me grow up and she will always hold a special place in my heart as well as my families.”

“Liz is an amazing woman! Her wise words when we first met to prepare for the Miss Arizona National American Miss pageant will forever inspire me – “All that matters is how you see yourself!”My personal introduction was my favorite! I would even say it in the shower or when walking to classes at school. It was truly a reflection of who I am and what I stand for and I felt very confident saying it! Liz instilled in me the confidence to never give up on my dreams, helped me gain the skills to be successful not only in pageantry but in life. While I had done this system for many years, Liz gave me the polish I needed to win the Miss Arizona Teen title and then bring that national title home. I love her so much!!”

“Liz, you are an amazing coach and I am so lucky to work with you. Thank you again for giving me the tools to prepare for this year. I am so blessed. Thank you for believing in me and my dreams and being there when they came true. You gave me the utmost confidence and skills I needed to be successful and I am so lucky to call you my coach. I plan to do only great things from here and can’t wait to show you all the great things I do with my year! Love you!!!!!”

“Miss Liz, thank you so much for your help and advice. Just in this past year, I have seen major improvements in my interview, introductions, and my overall confidence. I have gained so much wisdom and experience in pageants because of you. I know my accomplishments as NAM Miss Arizona, IJM Miss Arizona, and 1st Runner-up at the International Junior Miss Internationals could not have been achieved without your help. Not only have I advanced my skills in pageantry, but also immensely in interview. The skills and techniques I have learned will be valuable for my whole life. I now know how to stand out and be the greatest version of myself, and I owe it all to you. Thank you so much, Miss Liz!”

“Personality is what judges look for. Before Liz, the 100 character limit questions on my paperwork lacked my personality. She helped me find my voice through words on a page and transform my paperwork from a research paper to pure gold! I competed in numerous pageants before winning my state title. I was referred to Liz from a good friend, and after multiple emails and Skype, I won my state title on the first try after working with her!

She walked me through each phase of competition and worked with me on bringing out MY strengths and personality. Liz went through every single piece of information on my paperwork to make sure I was able to handle each question thrown at me. Having a multiple pageant system background, Liz was able to give me insight to what the judges would be looking for in the USA system, as it is not the same as others.

Thank you Liz for all you have done!”

We have worked together for many years and I have seen myself improve leaps and bounds from when I first started my pageant career. Your support and encouragement has meant the world to me. What I love the most about working with you is that you always help me to focus on being the best “me”, it’s not always about the pageant prep but more about me as an individual and the story I have to share with others. Your attention to my paperwork in ensuring that it is reflective of me is priceless. You have helped me figure out what was important to me and how to develop this into my platform. You always spent the time to listen to me and our pep talks always seem to put me in the right frame of mind. I definitely look forward to that phone call on pageant day just to hear your last minute words of wisdom and encouragement.Thank you so much for your love and I know that you will always be a part of my support team.
Love You!”

“Liz, I just wanted to thank you for all your help and guidance …I couldn’t have done it without you! I went into pageantry knowing absolutely nothing about what a pageant entails and how to prepare for it. Five months later, I won my first title at my second pageant, Miss New York USA Ambassador. I truly believe with your help, I performed to the best of my ability. With your encouragement, I was able to overcome my fears about standing in front of a panel of judges, because you taught me that no matter what the outcome – I should be proud of my achievements.”
As Miss New York USA Ambassador Miss 2014“I am still in utter shock that at my third pageant I was crowned the national titleholder for the USA Ambassador pageant system. I still remember the first time I arrived at your house in January knowing absolutely nothing about pageantry; however with your guidance that quickly changed. The amount of time you put into helping prepare my paperwork, walk, and interview skills was significant and definitely forced me to step out of my comfort zone, developing confidence I needed not only in pageantry but for everyday life. In working together, you challenged me to become as proud of my failures as I was of my accomplishments, because no matter what the outcome was you stressed that a score did not change who I was, or the numerous achievements and aspirations I had.
You are an amazing coach Miss Liz, but more importantly, you were my biggest cheerleader during after all of my competitions. Even after winning Miss USA Ambassador in August, your coaching did not come to a halt, you took the time to help me adjust to the role of having a national title and encouraged me to use my win as an opportunity to help others and gain experience for the future.”

“Interview was not always my strong point when I began pageants. Then I met Liz McGlynn. She does not tell you what to say or how to say it, but helps you to develop the skills to express yourself articulately in any situation. Since working with Liz, interview has become my favorite part in any pageant. In addition, she had wonderful insights on the most appropriate hair, make-up, and wardrobe for ANY and EVERY pageant system. She is a warm, caring and supportive person, which makes her easy to talk to and a lot of fun to be around! She is always responsive to my questions and answers my emails right away. Liz will ALWAYS be part of my support team. She gave me the skills and confidence to win not only a national title but to represent my state at Miss America’s Outstanding Teen pageant.”

“Impeccable: Without sin or fault; flawless. Impeccable Pageant Coach: Liz McGlynn! Liz has helped me prepare for not only pageants, but my future. She has taught me the proper decorum to live by on and off the stage, and to be true to myself, because the only person I can be is myself; everyone else is already taken. Those are the lessons I will forever live by and I owe them all to Liz.”

“Before working with Liz, my paperwork consisted of all my thoughts thrown onto one page. She helped me determine my main ideas and key points and compiled them into a nice concise piece. In addition, she was quick to respond and always met her deadlines. Liz helped to lift the stress of daunting paperwork on my shoulders, which allowed me to focus on other aspects of preparation. The best part was while Liz made major changes to my paperwork, she made sure it was still in my voice, how I wanted it to sound and how I wanted it to come across.

From there, Liz walked me step by step – via Skype – through the questions judges might ask based off of my paperwork. She brought up excellent questions and points which I hadn’t thought of and in the end I went into that interview knowing my paperwork and platform like the back of hand.”

“Liz I do not know where to start. I am so glad you have been a part of my pageant journey for the past seven years helping me at every level in different systems. You helped me build my confidence from the very beginning. After a few visits, I saw major improvement with my interview skills and even began to receive “best interview awards.” I also took major strides in gaining stage presence. But what I like most Liz, is you never tried to change me or make me sound different in person or on paper. You always emphasized my strengths while helping me grow in my weaker areas. You always asked me to just be the best me I can be. You have helped me from the application process to the clothes selection. Your last minute phone calls and your survival list are priceless. Most of all, you made me feel prepared to do my personal best. Liz, there is something special about feeling welcomed at a kitchen table, and Liz your kitchen table has that “special something”. I always look forward to preparing for pageant day.

Thank you so much for all the support and love you have given me over the years.”

“Dear Liz, I can’t thank you enough for being the incredible coach and mentor that you are! Before going to the USA Ambassador Pageant Nationals as Miss Illinois, I was someone who had not done a pageant in EIGHT YEARS and I won a national title with your help! I had no idea what I was doing without you! But with your interview training and wardrobe coaching, I won the national title of USA Ambassador Miss 2012! You are not only brilliant, but you are wonderful to work with as well! Our long Skype and phone sessions always flew by because we had so much fun! But most importantly, your interview practice gave me so much confidence that I would not have had if it were not for your coaching! I not only felt prepared at nationals, but since I have been crowned, not one TV station or newspaper interview has intimidated me! I feel prepared to walk into any job interview! Thank you again for all of your help! You’re truly amazing at what you do! Much love!”
Alyssa Paulsen – Miss USA Ambassador 2013, Miss Illinois USA Ambassador 2012

Thank you so much for all you have done for me. I will carry those poised, intelligent and confident skills throughout my entire life. I will forever remember to say the time of day for every interview I will encounter. Without you I could not have placed first runner up at NAM of placed top 15 at UNM. Thank you for welcoming me into your home and giving me PB&Js and veggie sticks. Thanks for all of your fashion advise!
Again, thank you so much for EVERYTHING!”

I could never say it enough but THANK YOU!”

“Miss Liz,
Thank you for all your support this last month. You brought back my confidence and I was able to win the Mississippi International Junior Miss Junior Teen crown. I love our conversations about “Hot Yoga” and the “Smoochies” you leave me with – visiting your home in 2012, turned out to be one of the best adventures in my life! I value your advice and love how easy you make the competitions feel. Your attention to detail is wonderful. I know when I step on that stage that I am prepared! The skills you helped me develop will help in every competition I face, not just pageants.
Having you in my corner is a treasured asset!”
Helen McDougald – Miss Mississippi International Junior Miss Junior Teen 2015, 4th Runner-up Miss International Junior Miss 2016

“Liz, You and I have known each other for years now. You have played such an important role throughout in my pageantry career. I can honestly say I would not be here today without your love, your support and guidance. As you know, I recently returned from Miss American Coed Nationals and placed 3rd Runner-up in the country. I was very proud of myself for my accomplishments and have you to thank from the bottom of my heart for pushing me to be the best that I can be. I love those “pep” talks! I never felt more prepared in my life thanks to you. Thank you Liz, you are the best! You will always hold a special place in my heart. Smooches back to you, lol!!!!!

“Dear Liz, You do not know how much your help has meant to me. You not only gave me a wonderful weekend in Connecticut (filled with lots of information) but you have also introduced me to many other pageant systems. THANK YOU! Thank you for showing me what it was like to be crowned and for helping me show who I really am. I could never have done this without you and your wonderful advice. Through my experience with you I have gained a crown and a banner but also so many wonderful friends, including you. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU! I really appreciate everything you have done. You’re a wonderful coach and friend. I couldn’t have done it without you!”

Thank you for coaching us. Moms need coaches too! You know just how to make this OCD mom sleep better while you are preparing Helen for competition. You give Helen and me our list of jobs and that makes pageant week much easier. I love that you answer all my questions and I respect your integrity! Thanks again for guiding us through Helen’s journey!”

“Dear Ms. Liz,
I am so happy to have you as my teacher this year. You taught me everything: how to be on stage and how to be the best girl in the pageant. I hope I can be your student again. I will see you next year. Thank you.”
Angelina Parrino – Miss Virginia USA Ambassador Little Miss 2015, 1st Runner up Miss USA Ambassador Little Miss 2015/16

“Dear Ms. Liz,
Thank you for coaching me for the NAM and USA Ambassador pageants. Before I was very shy, but your help let my confidence shine! By practicing Interview, Introduction, Onstage Chat, and Talent you helped me grow! It was a lot of fun. Thank you for so much for coaching me and hope to see you soon.

“Liz is invaluable to my family and me as a mentor, friend, and pageant coach. All that she has taught me I have been able to apply to all areas of my life. Under Liz’s guidance I have learned to recognize and embrace my strengths and weaknesses so whether it’s on stage or in the interview room the judges get to see exactly who I am as an individual. Liz gave me the necessary skills to weave my personality, beliefs, and my life experiences to create genuine interview answers.

Thank you Liz for being one of the key women in my life that has positively influenced my personal growth into the young lady and pageant competitor I am today.”
Jillian Lozier – Miss Connecticut National American Miss Teen 2014

“Liz provided both of us with so much important information as Elizabeth headed into the National Coed pageant. Elizabeth enjoyed her Skype session with Liz and was so happy to talk with Liz just before she went into her interview. I saw a huge improvement in Elizabeth’s confidence and composure throughout the pageant week. We can’t thank Liz enough!”
Elizabeth Gerke – Miss American Coed Princess 2014
Kristy Gerke – Mom

“Miss Liz has been a super support for me especially in my transition from the MAC pageants to the Miss America system. I will admit at first I was a bit doubtful and even objected about going based purely on what I saw from TV and having a negative experience with a different ‘coach’ the year before. After my first visit though, I loved working with her. She made me feel I was her top priority and helped organize my abundance abet scattered thoughts. We talked about school and life even before we got into the training part. Lunch, tea, her kitties, I truly find everything about Miss Liz, her home and her methods, wonderful! To any girls reading this, if you meet her, you will love her.”
Sammantha Ponsell – Miss Newcastle County’s Outstanding Teen 2014

“Liz, thank you so much. I can’t believe I actually won a national title!! I can’t thank you enough and will keep you posted on my year!…. although we only had one Full Day session together you really helped me grasp the idea of how to be comfortable with the judges in all aspects of the competition, onstage and off stage. The pageant binder you gave me with notes about everything we went over was a lifesaver. I could use those notes for any pageant from NAM to the USA system. I could study those notes to prepare for my pageant. I can’t thank you enough for everything!!”
Phoebe Yankowski – Miss National All-American Miss Teen 2014

“Liz is an expert at her craft, which is to help identify the strengths of each young woman and use her experience to give recommendations on how to improve on them. She was very flexible and friendly when we scheduled our first session and I used all of her recommendations to prepare for my pageant. She not only provided me with her knowledge, but with her genuine encouragement and I am so thankful to have worked with her! I ended up placing in the top 5 of a National Pageant and I feel so proud of what I accomplished. Thanks Liz!”
Melanie Foxx – Miss Massachusetts USA Ambassador Miss 2015, 1st Runner Up Miss USA Ambassador Miss 2015-2016

“Dear Liz, Words cannot describe my amazing experience with your pageant coaching. Years ago I knew nothing about interviewing and public speaking, but now I have all of the knowledge and tools to perform my best; and it’s all thanks to you. You took a naive girl with a passion for the stage and turned her into a blossoming pageant queen within weeks. You not only taught me all the tips and tricks that I would need to know while being onstage, but you also taught me life lessons I can use in my everyday life as well. If there is anything that I have taken away from your training it’s the life lesson that you taught: ‘What matters most is how you see yourself.’ Thank you, Liz!!”
Caitlin O’Neill – Miss Massachusetts USA Ambassador Teen 2014, Miss Massachusetts National American Miss Teen 2012, Miss America’s Junior Teen Yankee Miss 2011/2012

“Liz is the BEST!! She has helped transform me into a young lady of integrity, poise, and confidence. Her bubbly personality made me feel welcome and able to tell her anything. She really helped showcase exactly who I am, and who I want to become. We worked together for countless hours on everything from interview, to personal introduction. Even when I drove her crazy, she was always there as a coach, a mentor, and a friend! She helped me get where I am today and I can’t thank her enough!”
Savannah Giammarco – Miss National All-American Miss Junior Teen 2013

“OMG!!! I think both Tori’s and my feet have still not hit the ground since she was crowned Miss National American Miss Preteen Minnesota last week. I have to say this was sooo not our plan! Our goal as you know was to work with you this year preparing to hopefully have a chance at actually going for the title next year! Who would have thought that in our second year of doing NAM and our second year of ever entering a pageant, Tori would end up as Queen with over 170 competitors in her division (and at age 11). I have to say we owe so much to you! I will never forget your subtle comments such as… “well if you win this title” as that really was not even on my radar, but really started planting the seeds of possibility. You provided both Tori and I with soooo much helpful information and as a visual person, your pie chart really helped put things into perspective. Every time we met with you, Tori was pumped up and more energized around getting ready for the pageant. Your awesome personality and way of lifting up my daughter was so apparent and I really felt made such a difference, especially the phone call at our hotel right before personal introduction and interview. It was exactly what she needed as she waited in line standing in her heels for over an hour (because there were so many girls they couldn’t all sit down!). Tori’s crowning moment is one I will never ever forget, my hands were shaking, my heart was racing and Tori eyes were streaming tears of joy! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for helping Tori make her dreams come true (a year early)! We are so looking forward to working with you to get ready for Nationals…California, here we come!”
Kim Egan – Mother of Victoria Trittin, Miss Minnesota’s National American Miss Preteen 2013

“Miss Liz has been one of my main mentors from the start of my pageant participation. She has shown me the importance of knowing who you are, being yourself and believing in yourself! I believe these are the essential traits necessary in order to succeed in interview. Miss Liz knows how to release the queen within! Thank you once again for your valuable information that helped me in achieving my goal to be the best person I could possibly be in interview. Judges formulate a first impression within 30 seconds of meeting someone. This is why the 30 second introduction, required is so very important. Miss Liz takes the personal information you give her and formulates a 30 second speech that makes you unforgettable! This is exactly what you want when you leave the interview room after the personal interview…to be remembered in a positive way! Thank you again, Miss Liz, for your help in making my dream become reality.”
Christiana DiNardo – Miss Junior Teen America 2012, Miss New York Junior Teen America 2011

“Ms. Liz, I adore you! Thank you so much for helping me improve interview skills and taking the time to give me personal attention. I have confidence simply knowing that your binder of nifty notes is on my desk! You are such an encouragement. Can’t wait to chat with you next time – Love and prayers till then.”
Elizabeth Fetchel – Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2012

“Liz, Thank you SO MUCH for all the great advice you gave Michelle in getting ready for the National ANTSO Sweetheart pageant. The preparation you had Michelle do was completely in line with what was needed. Since winning the national crown, her self-esteem has improved so much, as has her confidence and she has been having the time of her life representing this great organization. She’s gone on every one of their trips and has taken advantage of all of the vast opportunities ANTSO has sent her way. Thanks again for your part in making this amazing experience possible for her.”
Donna Bergh, mother of Michele Bergh, Miss Minnesota National American Miss Preteen 2012, Miss ANTSO National Sweetheart Preteen 2012

“The fabulous Liz McGlynn has done it again! The transformation I have made from a shy tomboy to a confident, successful pageant queen is unreal. Never before would I have even thought of getting on stage and speaking in front of a crowd or modeling a fabulous gown in front of judges. Within months of preparation with Liz, I began winning but I also learned more than how to win a crown and banner. I have learned life skills such as etiquette, manners and job interview techniques that will be useful to me throughout my life. I don’t know where I would be in pageantry without Liz. I cannot thank her enough!”
Elizabeth Wolanin – Miss Connecticut Junior Teen USA Ambassador 2012

“Liz, you are the key to me finally achieving my goal of winning a National Title!!! Thank you so much! You helped me to be able to communicate what I wanted the judges to know about me. Each time after working with you I always felt “pageant ready” and well prepared. This year I went into my interview with so much confidence and when it was over I knew that I had done my very best and I knew that it was because of the work that we had done together. Also thank you for helping me to prepare my personal introduction and my paperwork. All the work I did with you really gave me the confidence to know that I had all the right tools to be successful. I love you so much.”
